Grading

NEW PRODUCT: Because we are a retail store, we open and remove NEW CD's from their shrink wrap for theft prevention purposes. If we have more than one copy of a NEW CD title, typically that piece will be shrink wrapped. Import CD's are NEVER shrink wrapped. If you have a specific question regarding any item please feel free to contact us! We are happy to answer any questions! Our NEW DVD's are always shrink wrapped, except NEW Import/Independent DVD's. Our NEW LP's always ship in a plastic sleeve, but won't always be shrink wrapped. Import vinyl is NEVER shrink wrapped. USED PRODUCT: All of our USED VINYL is graded 'G' (Good) because we cannot give specific grades to each piece. That means that all of our USED VINYL ranges from Good to Excellent condition. If you have a question about the condition of a specific piece please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to take a look at it and give you a more descriptive explanation of the condition. All of our USED CD's & DVD's are graded 'VG' (Very Good) and are guaranteed to play. We have a resurfacing machine, so almost all of the USED CD's & USED DVD's are perfect!
